  • No. There are several properties available. Private lots and Landbank lots.

  • The Landbank sells government-owned properties. There are hundreds of vacant lots within walking distance of Downtown Griffin. Most of these lots can be bought for less than $2,000. Griffin Modern LLC, helps buyers purchase these properties. Landbank lots are only sold to owner-occupied buyers (no lots are sold to real estate investors for rental purposes). 

  • Yes. Many investors are purchasing new construction (build-to-rent). We work with investors to buy private lots. There are no rental restrictions on private lots. Griffin Modern LLC builds individual homes for investors and partners with investors in JV deals. Please feel free to contact us for details.

  • Our company offers a variety of floor plans, each featuring unique upgraded materials and appliances. You also have the flexibility to customize materials if an alternative exterior design better suits your needs.

    The Jones Plan is our most basic option and excludes the following features:

    • Double casement windows (5 SKUs)

    • Doors

    • Bathtub

    • Floating tread staircase

    • Folding patio door
